講到career planning, 有人反覆思量，有人率性而行。今集的嘉賓，我們請來香港小交響樂團CEO Margaret Yang 楊惠。Margaret在初段的職場人生，遊走於藝術行政跟法律之間，轉彎又轉彎， 看似飽經計算，但原來只是一直跟著自己的信念，勇往直前。在這次訪問中，Margaret 跟我們分享他人生的幾個轉折點，以及他在藝術行政工作上的挑戰。
以下是Margaret的簡介：
生於日本, 長於香港, 能操四種流利語言： 英語、日語、普通話、廣東話, 以及半桶水的德語。
自少酷愛鋼琴及中提琴，入讀中大音樂系, 然候投身藝術行政，轉職英國後，再繼續進修藝術行政，又輾轉到劍橋修讀法律，繼而當上知識產權律師。 幾年後加入香港小交響樂團擔上CEO，重投藝術懷抱, 。
Margaret是前亞洲文化推廣聯盟董事會成員, 現為音樂CMHK董事會成員，亦是英國著名Clore領袖培訓計劃首位香港獎學金得主。
